Heard this too. My dad went to a supporters club meeting in Woodley last night. Ian Cheeseman (BBC GMR) was one of the guests. In the informal chat he said that it was 'nailed on' and that it would be £20m plus Petrov.

Personally I think this is way too much, but we just need this sorted now.
