Project , back on topic for a second , but do you really believe Lescott would have the balls to tell Moyes he wants to speak to City when only a £15 million offer has been put on the table ?

Moyes might rule with an iron fist but if Lescott wants to leave then he wants to leave. So I don't think its really a question of him having balls. He's just a manager lol. However, I can see Moyes saying to him they won't entertain a sale at anything lower than x million - so he will have to wait to see if City come in at a valuation everyone agrees on before he gets the chance to speak about terms.

Well , he can want all he likes , but unless there is a buy out clause in his contract , then Everton hold the cards untill 2012 , so I suspect if he did have an interest , he would tread very carefully indeed .
However , I think he will stay unless City make him a record transfer .

A record transfer for what? A defender? Or exceeding the Robinho deal?

I'm fairly sure my IP is supplied as being in the wrong town . It would be interesting to see if your sentinel has better success . If it comes up as W... it's wrong .
Cheers

if that's the case you can keep him, he's good but nowhere near that good.

You really think Everton can afford to bench him ? Not a fucking chance, if he puts in a request and we make a decent offer, he's ours.

Perhaps both . £32.5m I believe was Robinho's fee whilst Ferdinands was £29m ish .
Paying at least £30 would also stick a dent in Uniteds history . :p

£30mil for a good solid centre half who got found out at international level. bargain. ;)
