Moyes might rule with an iron fist but if Lescott wants to leave then he wants to leave. So I don't think its really a question of him having balls. He's just a manager lol. However, I can see Moyes saying to him they won't entertain a sale at anything lower than x million - so he will have to wait to see if City come in at a valuation everyone agrees on before he gets the chance to speak about terms.
Well , he can want all he likes , but unless there is a buy out clause in his contract , then Everton hold the cards untill 2012 , so I suspect if he did have an interest , he would tread very carefully indeed .
However , I think he will stay unless City make him a record transfer .
