2nd bid rejected
Oh I totally agree, but I'm sure that's what they are basing it on, as we are basing Ned not being for sale from Hughes making a statement.auction294 said:DontLookBackInAnger said:Well other than the fact that Moyes said he would.
and footballers , managers & their agents never speak with a forked tongue?
what they say and what they do are two very different things.
The poster got his info from an article in the Liverpool Echo, shabby reporting here > <a class="postlink" href="http://m.liverpoolecho.co.uk/ms/p/tmg/livecho/szCoJfPCPhIxOI7nF8dg6uA/view.m?id=936595&tid=638956&cat=EvertonFC_News" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://m.liverpoolecho.co.uk/ms/p/tmg/l ... tonFC_News</a>
according to that article a second bid has not been made yet so the blue half of Merseyside need to calm down, calm down
That, though, has infuriated Goodison officials, who are bewildered that City want to play out their business in public rather than going through proper channels.

Even if they do reject it, it's only delying the inevitable.
Why keep a player who wants to move on the bigger and better things?

It these kind of posts that make us look arrogant. Potentially bigger and better things; we have, on paper a squad that should at least challenge for 4th spot. But we've not had a chance to show that we are worthy of that yet.
It's hardly "the inevitable" either; i mean we've gone for plenty of palyers who've turned us down during this "revolution". Simply having deep pockets doesn't automatically make us a "big club".
