Lescott [Merged]

I think we should also be prepared to look at this from the everton perspective and try and understand how we would see it if all of the circumstances were reversed - let's say everton were minted and we were not, our manager would be a frigging hero to us for trying to keep hold of a prized asset, and if everton kept coming back (as we would see it) for our player, and courting him via the media (as we would see it) we would all be up in arms, so whilst I do not like the utterings of SOME of the evertonian posters on here, I do completely understand their viewpoint, and if we cannot see where they are coming from then we have changed for the worse - but I think most of us can

According to SSN Lescott hasn't handed in any request, tbh this transfer is getting on my nerves now, Everton will do all they can and rightly so but if Lescott does actually want to move then take a leaf out of Alonso's book, he will get his wish tomorrow.

If this isn't done by weekend then I say leave it.

He hasn't handed in an official request, he has asked to leave, according to SSN and BBC.

Big difference between asking for a transfer and handing in an official request.

moyes never put up such a fight when his scottish step-dad..slur alex came in for shrek.

wanker, utter hypocritical wanker, just like purple nose.

golam wanted fat boy out so badly because fat boy was treating him like shit infront of the players and showing ginger no respect...I read somewhere from moyes that rooney refused to train with the reserves at 16 because he was "too good"..lescott seems happy either way

I am talking about their fans not David Moyes; I completely understand how their fans must feel as I doubt it is dissimilar to how I felt when SWP effed off to chelski

Lol, dont you just wish all transfers would happen at the pace of the Gareth Barry deal!

Blimey, that's a really sensible post!

Agree with that - just walk away MCFC there's better players for the money now being quoted.

I agree, but that doesn't make their behaviour right. Phil Neville and David Moyes tried to insinuate that we are acting improperly. This has become gospel for their fans. I understand this is not easy for them, but I won't accept their attacks on our club. That's one reason why there is not a lot of understanding displayed here.

Joleon have you finished that fecking letter yet? We were kind of expecting a transfer request fella not a bleeding Booker prize entry
