You have missed out on Lescott you bufoon! You'd need to be on crack to believe Moyes would sell him now.

I'd be quite happy if we took £30m off city for Lescott , you'll be lucky to get 2 years out of him his knees are so bad .

Haha and so it begins. The same as Arsenal, United, Villa and Liverpool fans. Toure is past it, Adebayor is disruptive, Tevez is wank, Barry is overrated. Now Lescott is on his last legs. Despite all that, all of these players would still walk into the first teams of the clubs we've bought them from. I'm so glad we're willing to do Everton such a favour as to take one of your very best players. You're all very, very welcome.

IMO not over yet, especially since gollum came out yesterday moaning how he needed more players in but had no money, think it is paving the way for the " we didn't want to let him go but we needed the money, it's not our fault, City are killing football"

From their site.

Everton have turned down a formal transfer request from Joleon Lescott.

The defender, currently on international duty with England, has been the subject of two bids from Manchester City in recent weeks.

The player has subsequently submitted a written request to leave the Club which manager David Moyes immediately rejected.

"I have always said that we are not selling any players and that hasn't changed," said Moyes.

Everton have turned down offers of £15m and £18m from Mark Hughes' Manchester City for the experienced central defender.

The 26-year-old, who returned to action for the Blues in Friday night's 2-1 victory over Malaga at Goodison after a minor hip injury, is currently with Fabio Capello's England squad preparing for Wednesday night's friendly against Holland.

He was signed by David Moyes from Wolves in the summer of 2006 and put pen to paper on a new long-term deal with Everton last season.

His current deal runs until the summer of 2012. He has made 142 competitive appearances for Everton.

Its just media speculation and hearsay though...

Moyes is just being thick as shit now.
