If we hadn't had half a squad to play 38 matches plus cup matches last season , do you think we might just have pipped Arsenal ?
Remember our losses were the equivalent of Liverpool losing Gerrard , Torres , and Carragher , and then some , in importance to both teams per player .

We are already knocking on the top 4 door every year , and have been invited in once already .
We don't need to sell Lescott , unless it is very lucrative and beneficial to the team on the whole , and it is that debate which will go on for some time before any approach or decision is acknowledged .

If you read what was said at the time, Rooneys head was completely turned by his agent Paul Stretford. His attitude even changed as was described by the court case that took place last year were Moyes won damamges from Rooney for stuff he printed in his book if I remember rightly.

Basically, Rooney went from being a humble boy to a complete arrogant twat in the space of 6 months, and was arguing with Moyes and said he had no respect for him. Which looking at the ***** attitude is hardly a surprise is it?

Rooney made his place at Everton unmanageable, so Everton cashed in as they had no choice.

Lescott is a mature adult who I am sure will not act in the same way.

As for the ground share, no, the majority opinion I believe on that is still to redevelop Goodison or move to a new stadium near Scotland Road.
