They've announced that he's passed the medical on SSN haven't they? I hope...

So reasons for a delay could be:

1. Complications with the deal, probably minor
2. No rush, unveil and announcement tomorrow
3. Same as #2 with the reason being we want the maximum media attention
4. Insert your own reason

I'm guessing Garry Cook is on the phone to the powers that be at Everton now saying we want a reduction in price or we aint signing him due to some issue thats come up in the medical... A risk to the club long term as the player is a future injury risk etc etc. Seen as we were told the medical was done yesterday and today was just the second part of it ;0)

But SSN were reporting an hour ago that he has passed the medical so just looks like personal terms outstanding
