Is thread a piss take? Lescott, like the rest of Kompanys partners are a million miles away from being good enough for our team. Every time we try another player they prove thyre not good enough.

I don't care if he looks clumsey on the ball he's the second best defender at the club and if he'd have partnered Kompany today we'd probably be in the semi final of the F.A. Cup.
 
our best defensive partnership is komps & lescott , always has been , if they had played together today , we would be at wembley , pellegrini has brought pressure on himself by continually selecting a player who was signed as a last minute emergency cover , and is simply not up to the standard required , no doubt he WAS a good defender 5 years ago , now he is a liability . Its not demichelis fault , MP keeps on selecting him , i would even have garcia at centre back before the argie.
