My 6 year old was in the family stand with me and he was doing the throw in,he looked like he was raving!also I was contacted tuesday saying he,d won the competition to be player escort in the league match against liverpool.I,ve kept it quiet but I will give him the letter from City in a gold envelope on Xmas morning with his other presents.It has been difficult keeping it from him and discussing how brilliant it must be to accompany the players and take pot shots at Joe Hart in the pre-match warm up as we watched the kids who were last night,s winners doing it before stoke game.Can,t wait to see his face.

you should take a photo when he opens it and post it on here. Loved to see his face!!! Congrats on getting that for your lad.

only for stoke mate, whilst we are at it we should keep rag songs for that fixture only. "it should have been 10" means nothing to any other club.

I agree, also, MOTD pumped up the volume on "we score when we want" twice last night, and made out we were arrogant fans. We should confine this to history before it becomes the media's new stick to beat us with.
