Do you know that the bible is a work of fiction? Because if you do, I would get your research published, because you would be the first person in the world to have proved it. The fact is that there is a lot of historical fact in the bible, it's up to you to beleive it is the word of God (I don't by the way)

By the way much of Genesis and the creation stories are taken from far older Babylonian texts (The Epic of Gilgamesh) they have a long linage. You have to remember that much was written in a much simpler way so that ordinary people could understand

Not surprising since the Garden of Eden is in Iraq along with Babylon.

Paul is this you?

I've got to say I'm really genuinely impressed with OnlyOneUweRosler. It's amazing that when you lay down the simple facts of the case you can have a serious discussion.

I've been trying to do that for hundreds of pages.

Thank you

Wow, as hard as it may be for you to believe me, I really did think better of you than that.

It could still go wrong.

The atheist nutters haven't arrived yet.

Don't bank on going anywhere nice after your death , and especially on taking a permanent trip to some far flung land filled with summer meadows , tweetin' birds , and gently ripplin' streams ......... because it's just not gonna happen !

The dying process is merely a reversal of the birth process , you'll slowly lose all your senses , eyesight , speech , build and weight in your final months ..... in short you'll just be a 'baby' as your final day approaches , with only blurred images before you ....... and after you've 'passed' everything will just go 'black' , in the same way that you knew absolutely nothing of life before you were born !

You come out of a hole as you're being born ...... and most of us will land up back in one too ... albeit in a cemetery!

No one knows what will happen. It seems unlikely there is an afterlife but you never know. Some things are beyond our comprehension.

One thing is for sure all the stufff spouted by religious people about what will happen is all complete bullshit as non of them know.

Are you serious?

There's billions of Christians around the world.

Why not Johnny Crossan as well while you're at it.

Like chicken, pig, cat, dog, cow, ant, and etc., just die, no fancy thing as some nutters told.
