'Limping, then hobbling now staggering over the line' But Definitely Over!!!

Seems to me that our performance today gave the anti City pundits the chance to fire the salvos this forum has been saying for much of the season.

I think we must be careful to behave like City supporters and not be sensitive about others levelling criticism at our team. Along with others of a certain age I am used to supporting a team that performs to its potential only on occasions, the problem has always been knowing when that game is likely to be.

Look at the Spurs performance today, a chance to consolidate their number 2 place and they blew it big time against 10 man NUFC. Even City at their most inconsistent would struggle to match that performance.
 
Doesn't matter if we collapsed over the line. We did it and a few players showing signs of promise. Otamendi has had a season in the prem. de Bruyne played well again as did Sergio and nasri is hungry for next year. The ferns are good squad players and I think we will go for quality over quantity in the summer. Can't wait for the fixtures to come out. Thanks manuel as well. 3 trophies in 3 years. Brilliant.
