Not on the wages they are on they wont I dont thinkThey may not get what they want but Griezman and Dembele would be easy enough to offload and I will be surprised if at least one of them doesn't leave.

Agree. I'm sure there are loads of Italian teams that would love Griezman on a two year loan with Barcelona paying 99% of his wages. They may not get what they want but Griezman and Dembele would be easy enough to offload and I will be surprised if at least one of them doesn't leave.
I absolutely agree with you. But be careful on this thread, how many wanted it closed weeks ago, saying his Barca extension was a given...lol.I know it’s Barca and everything but if you’re Messi and you’re being told to take a big pay cut to stay there or come to City on a (presumably) higher wage then surely it’s a no brainer.
He’d be coming to a club with genuine stability under his favourite manager working with people he trusts at the top of the club too. Plus he’d get more chance of winning trophies and a genuine pathway to America with NYCFC which is what he’s already stated he wants.
Dembele is out until at least Christmas and his contract is up in June, when he will be a free agent.I’d read that Dembele had an op and is out for 4 months or so, seems like he won’t be that easy to offload just now

If Barca don't reduce their wage bill by the start of the season what is the consequence?
A pat on the arse from UEFA and a few brown paper envelopes. If Barca don't reduce their wage bill by the start of the season what is the consequence?
