Or has the Signing of Grealish, and the not guaranteed signing off Kane made City do a compete u-turn on Messi? Very strange.

And probably there were rumblings of this happening prior to today that City were aware of, and probably Graelish suggested he would like some reassurances.We didn't try to sign him. I think it was financially impossible after grealish deal
