As a Barcelona fan I can tell you that if you are looking or a leader, he ain’t it. He will no doubt bring you glorious evenings of soccer at the Etihad. I will be right there to wish the team well, but you gotta ask yourself if it’s worth bringing a guy who’s displaying the worst of examples of leadership and gratitude to a club that made him the person he is today.

Yesterday they reported it badly. A chorus played by Bartomeu. Cuatrecasas (Law firm implicated & fired yesterday) never backed down. Much less Messi. Shame on you. People like you didn't deserve to have Messi in their team for 15 years. Leo gave us everything, EVERYTHING! We owe him a lot. But people like you will never understand that. He is leaving because of Bartomeu, he ruined everything! Enjoy post-Messi Barca's era, I experienced how Barca did before Leo and I will never forgot what he did for us. 15 years absolute madness.

And now that he wants to leave, and leave amicably, both your club and its boardmembers and yourself have turned on him like a rabid dog

Puma must be laughing with all this! Potential of Messi playing in their shirt and now Neymar joining ranks. Got me thinking, are any of you as sad as me and only buy the brand we play in. Literally refuse to wear Adidas, unashamedly so.
 
Looks like Messi feels he's a free agent, therefore won't attend any further Barca team meeting/PCR test/training.

FIFA should be prepared to be asked if Messi is free to sign a new contract somewhere else and to get an ITC ready to transfer the registry.

We can wait a bit to clear the situation before signing a contract with Messi. Or we might do it even now in case we are absolutely sure Messi is free - what I indeed believe.

If Barca had to explain the sense of the clause in Messi's contract to any jury the case was instantly finished - IMHO.
