I would like to think that the last year will have been wisely spent dealing with all the financial issues to do with the player his agent and of course the clubs own marketing. There will be multi million pond deals needed to be a least sorted with all the ducks lined up in a row with only the signatures required. I think that is why it has been so quiet and maybe a non dis closure pact with Barca has been in force. Out of all the transfers that could happen I am assuming this will be one of the biggest the club will have to sort out. For me no news is good news. I remain kfa, if this happens will be one of those pinnacle moments being a blue, if not, both clubs have total denial ability. Finally Garcia allows us to be in contact with Barca, the lad will go to them but what a perfect cover for us to us that while we tie up the loose ends.

They can't afford not to. If he leaves, they're not winning the league any time soon. No President will have Messi leaving on their record. They would be worse in every conceivable way.
