the situation in Spain isn't set at all, you can imagine that CVC are looking at their investment after hearing this but given that Real Madrid have no interest in signing that deal anyway I don't think it will change much. Even if the CVC deal allows Barca to retain Messi I would highly doubt they would be happy to sign the CVC deal either (just seen a statement saying Barca have rejected the CVC deal too)
I only had a quick scan through the translation but Real have called the deal illegal, there is no way Perez would sign a deal that gives up access to the ESL and takes away 11% for their audio-visual rights for the next 50 years
For CVC the projected return is over 20% per year, they have tried the same thing with both the German and Italian leagues and failed
