today is proof we did not miss a proper finisher last season in these type of games. we miss having balls in high tension games and lot of concentration when the pressure is real high.

But we SHOULD win at Anfield more than we do mate. Our record there is fucking awful and we are supposed to be better than them. It's not bad luck every time. We just play shite nearly every time. Not sure why we have this "We must beat Liverpool" narrative. The facts are we need to beat Arsenal, Tottenham and Chelsea. If we only lose to Liverpool this season, including at home but beat all the above we walk the league again. They have started dreadfully but it was their cup final today. We have bigger fish to fry.

It's a barometer, a test of improvement and resolve - and we failed miserably.
