Liverpool love it when the game is stretched and chaotic. They don't dictate the pace, the way we slowed it down today made them really struggle. Good performance all in, shame we didn't take all the points but oh well

I don't understand why they keep saying it was Pep, for the last time it was the players.

Because there is video footage of Mendy running in from the direction of the bench gesturing toward Mahrez to take.

So if it wasn't Pep or someone on the bench then Mendy took it on himself to have a very strong opinion.

With Bernardo you could see glimpses of quality. I don't think you can say the same with Mahrez.

He's predictable and continually loses the ball.

The skill move by Jesus when he took out 2 dippers in the box was immense. That is the skill and talent at his disposal. It is time he unleashed it on the premiership. That is the Jesus we all want week in week out and we will reap the rewards

Just watched the penalty replay from behind and there are not one but FOUR Liverpool players in the box when he strikes it. I wonder how VAR would deal with that one.
