Liverpool (A) Post Match Thread

Ploddy is a good way of describing Laporte.

What we lose through not having Laporte utilising his crossfield pass, we gain more solidity of Dias is playing on the left.

Especially so, as Stones brings us more options into midfield.

I'd say Laporte remains a very good defender but he seems to struggle mentally in the biggest of games?

Having watched that Salah goal back again, I'm disappointed with Eddie, he should be getting a hand to it at least.
Cancelo was on the wrong side of Salah when he first got the ball

You can tell we’ve got the two hardest away games out of the way early in the season and come away from them unbeaten and with four precious points in the bag.
It’s time for the regular “slag a City player, any City player, it doesn’t matter who” game of “I’m a top top blue, I can criticise and critique way more harshly than you” that we see every year. Right up to the point where we win yet another trophy, then it quietens off until the summer and starts again around august.
Yep, some very sad so-called fans in our ranks. Every club has some, but we have no reason at all to moan. We play the greatest football ever seen in this country - we win trophies with a level of entertainment never seen before in this land. The Blue Moaners think it’s their right and role in life to moan. Plenty in our ranks shut them up thankfully with a ‘Get behind your fecking team you fecking idiot !!’

There is that, but I want him to do his main job of saving the very few chances we give up.

He'll be in danger of entering Bravo territory in terms of goals to chances faced.

That’s really harsh. I don’t think he was culpable for any of the goals yesterday. They were great finishes. I actually thought with the exception of the error where Rodri saved his blushes his goalkeeping was excellent.

You can read my posts on here about that Gallagher (Dermot !!!) prick.......he was so biased against us when reffing our games it was untrue. I'm sure he 'officiated' in a derby where they kicked the fuck out of us for half an hour and then booked a blue for looking the wrong way, utter c**t

Just have to accept it as a Maradona-esque goal, in a game we dominated for the whole game. The scousers’ ten minutes of attacking wasn’t dominance - they had no choice but to go forward but were bricking it knowing that we would likely turn the ball over with options left and right. Phil was just majestic - head and shoulders best player on the pitch, but you could say the same of Bernardo.

Stated before the game that the Dippers are a one man team , stop Salad and you stop the Dippers , unfortunately i was proven right , a couple of brilliant moments from a excellent player got the Dippers out of the shite.
We were head and shoulders the better team , better tactics and we shut their crowd up , you could here a pin drop in Klanfield for that first half when they were beign schooled
The dipshits got some momentum from their only decent player ,their manager and team were found wanting , Salad will not get them out of the shit every week especailly when he plays in the ACN for a month in Jan/Feb they will be f*cked.
Totally outplaying our supposed two main rivals on their midden in the space of seven days has made the biggest statement possible , try and take our title you pair of pretenders
