Liverpool (A) Post Match Thread

We need to do some more work on him to get him to stay beyond next summer. If he’s hankering for a move any top team in Europe will be after him.
We need to get a hypnotist to convince Bernie that every team we face is Liverpool. He is a man possessed when we play those cnuts.

Yeah that probably sums him up better than I did.
We couldn't play the way we do without his cool attitude in tight situations. Most keepers put the shits up the other players when they are passing the ball around. I've noticed that Steffan seems a lot calmer now and appears less rushed and it helps everybody's nerves
The calmness stems from the manager making sure they know that if they make a mistake he will let it go because that is how he wants us to play

Shame a few did not get this when Bravo was in goal but someone had to be first in after Joe Hart and face the inevitable shit storm that followed after a mistake

Liverpool have collected "substantial evidence" after Manchester City made a complaint alleging a home fan spat at their backroom staff in the first half of the 2-2 draw at Anfield on Sunday.

Liverpool are conducting a full investigation into the incident.

In a statement the club said witnesses had been interviewed while CCTV and video footage was being analysed.

"The evidence collected to date is substantial," Liverpool said.

"If requested to do so, [the evidence] will be handed to Merseyside Police given the potential for criminal charges."

It is understood any Liverpool fan found to have spat at Manchester City staff would face a possible lifetime ban from Anfield.

Typical scousers, "If requested" just get the wanker banned, will this be a first for the victims if they do?

There is that, but I want him to do his main job of saving the very few chances we give up.

He'll be in danger of entering Bravo territory in terms of goals to chances faced.

Perception might differ from reality.

I don’t think anybody comparing Eddie to Bravo should be taken seriously even if it’s a highly respected poster.
Some absolute nonsense been written about him since Sunday.

wasn't spitting made into a crime that required custodial sentences due to the coronavirus? pretty sure that was the case and quite rightly so
