20 games , 18 wins and 2 draws. If that momentum doesn't give confidence to even get a draw, then nothing ever will.
Still seems amazing to write sentences like this about City but we’ve had enough 20 game unbeaten streaks in recent years to realise that this one so far hasn’t given us quite the same air of invincibility as previous ones did.

Must win for me. The Chelsea draw at home has cost us going for a draw here. Liverpool's fixtures are a breeze after this. Only really Villa that stands out. They will batter Spurs at home.

A loss and its curtains, a draw and Arsenal can end our title challenge with a win or at a minimum a draw will leave us needing favours for the pair of them.

I'm not even gonna watch it, I'll listen to it on the wireless doing some jobs I've put off.
Come on, fella!
Listening to it on the radio is like watching soft porn. Betwixt and between!
Nobody likes soft porn.
Go hard-core and get in front of the gogglebox and take your medicine.
We will do them this time.

Someone on this site once used the term "Mordor" (from Lord of the Rings) to describe Man U & the inhabitants of O.T. but it truly applies better to l'pool and their deluded cult followers at the wrong end of the East Lancs. So Smaug, Sauron and the rest will take the field on Sunday, backed by the ranks of ugly Orcs on the Kop, but when Phil Foden or little Bernardo puts the killer goal in the back of the net it'll be like Frodo sending the Ring into the Fires of Mt. Doom and let all of Murkyside come crashing down with it.
I fear I am going to have to watch 9 hours of telly to fully understand your post :)

Last five Premier League games at Anfield. We have won 1 drawn 2 lost 2...not so bad.
I admire your optimism, but that win was in an empty ground. Liverpool lost 6 or 7 that year which demonstrates the influence of that crowd. Don't know why its so different for us there.

I've been watching City over 50 years and I can only recall one win in front of a crowd in that stadium. (Nicolas Anelka getting the winner in the last minute) I would take a point now if offered.
