My guess is we'll play with Akanji and Cancelo at FB and with Dias and Ake at CB. Grealish is likely to start. But Bernie at RW and Foden at LW with Gundo next to Rodri is an option too. I think Bernie is more press-resistant than Gundo and more mobile as well, so he's likely to start with Rodri at CM.
Football is unpredictable, as we saw last night. Liverpool are better than Newcastle and Villa and will play for their pride, they can get a result (if we don't create enough or are wasteful). But we are favourites for a reason. 3:2 City.
My "defensive" worry: Dias and Ake are not our best options to play from the back. We saw it vs Southampton, and Pep mentioned in the post-match interview that we were a bit slow in the build-up play and had problems at times to play through Southampton's press. Liverpool will press Dias and especially Ake. Normally, Laporte is a better option vs high-pressing teams, but he is not in form yet. Pep might consider the option of Akanji and Laporte at CB (plus Cancelo and Ake at FB). But, imo, it's less likely than the combo of Dias and Ake.
