Well some of our friends from Murkeyside were not aware that Liverpool failed financial fair play. That was my contribution, Scouse history they don’t like to talk about or not aware of.

But if you make a decision quickly and efficiently, it's harder to justify your overpaid, cushy job at the FA. You've got to at least pretend you're in deliberations all day and maybe need to order lunch in.

It's nuts. If the rules state if you field an illegible player you forfeit your place in the cup then there's nothing to discuss.
