Our defence needs to be solid, if we concede early, it will be a bloodbath.
Stifle their midfield and get physical but above all TAKE OUR CHANCES.
It will fcuk us over again if we don’t.
We will create some, not many, but enough to worry them, but we MUST take them.
We will be witnessing first hand the blatant bias of PGMOL and their agenda toward the bus wreckers.
We stand a good chance of winning this if we can frustrate them. They just don’t want to lose, so will no doubt try anything. Fabinho will be scything down Merlin without any recourse. Salah will be going down if someone even comes near to him, it’s embarrassing.
If we lose, I believe the league is theirs to lose......hopefully again

I know Mahrez will not never play as LB, but I think he is the best available choice.

Did he? Well I’d throw in that Stones is better on the ball and better in one-on-one ground battles. Liverpool won’t be hoofing it in the box.

Stones and Laporte for me against the best teams. I won’t be distraught to see Vinny but that would be my call. And I’d have Jesus up front and Sane/Sterling wide.

God I would love to beat them comfortably, see their arses wobble as we go into the second half of the season.

It’s a close call and I won’t mind either way, however I’d go with Vince.

With regards up front, just have to go with Sergio.

It was a good contest. It was Kompany’s strength that I found more impressive from that, the way he did a shoulder barge tackle so nonchalantly.

More was made at the time of Kompany apparently being faster than Aubameyang in a race, but you have to remember Aubameyang had slowed right down to control a ball, before then sprinting again. It would have been worrying if Vinnie didn’t keep up with him as he had the advantage of not having a ball to wait for. He was just running to get goal-side regardless!

I think Stones right now is the quicker of the two, but there’s a lot to be said for having our leader out there. It’s a more difficult decision than it would have been earlier in the season. I think either is fine. Right now it’s anyone but Otamendi.

Mahrez almost never plays on the left. The choice is between Sane (left)/Sterling (right) and Sterling (left)/Mahrez (right). Doubt we will see Bernardo on the wing. He either is on the bench or starts in the centre if KDB doesnt make it.

If we take our chances Thursday night we could put 4 or 5 past them. No doubting we'll get chances, We just have to be more clinical than we have been in the last few weeks.
