You made this post and a slightly earlier post where you belittled the criminal offence committed by Liverpool. You posted 'Frankly, I don't think it's that interesting of a story. For a few months six years ago a former employee used an old password and proceeded to do fuck all with the information, and then we settled it for what is basically a token sum.'

I love the comment 'and proceeded to do fuck all with the information'. You must be the only City fan that hold that view especially as it is wrong, stupid and pathetic.

I was initially mistaken on the exact way they accessed the information, not that I think there's a huge distinction here. Given the tone of the rest of your post, I'm not that bothered in discussing further with you though.

Just had a peep on the BBC site and it appears littlewoods have won the title by 5 points, slippy is anointed as Klippetys successor, and they are back on their perch. In the interests of balance there are stories about Bernardos tweet and Foden not getting games. It seems the hacking thing is not newsworthy :-)

Sorry, didn’t realise you had verified the evidence yourself. Or do you just take their word for it? (Rhetorical question). Personally, when Naga Munchetty or Charlie Stayt do one of their regular time checks, I glance at my watch to make sure.

When the option is believing the spurious claims of a gang of loons, I tend to side with people making sensible evidence based claims

Fairly certain it wasn't us who pushed it again, you can't call it a leak now as they knew about it in 2013.

Timing is very important, we had a golden bullet on the scouser's and it was ready to be used if and when necessary.
The abuse and innuendo we have received from them via their friends in high places, press and former players made it time for the golden bullet to be fired.

Surely, their working environment at Littlewoods can’t be any better than at City?

Agreed and the doctor leaving when he did was a strange one. I would think working for City at this present moment with the resources we have must be the ultimate job for any professional.
A Club impeccably run, unlimited resources and an incredible working facilities, almost certainly the finest in the world of football.

I thought the same , why leave a club going places with I would guess the best facilities around. Thought it odd that we were losing at the time a few staff to the dippers.
I can only guess they were unhappy at City and dipperpool offer then all abetter package.
Going by what kompany said when he left that most of the staff here now are the same as when he joined just better dressed ! You get the feel City is a good place to work. Obviously these members of staff that joined the dippers didnt agree or were offered a package City couldnt meet

Did these members of staff spy of their own back or did dipperpool suggest it, that we dont know. The fact that the staff still work their and some have gained promotion would suggest dipperpool knew and approved what they were doing.
The silence from the governing football bodies over this is deafening.

It's a serious crime yet the governing bodies are running scared because it's one of their own that's been caught with its trousers down, it's just typical top management when it goes wrong to put their heads in the sand and hope it goes away helped by the dipper loving press and media choosing to ignore the story..
It's just another story of shame from the dippers from that will get air brush from history, like the Juventus fans, charging turn styles without tickets, to attacking a team bus to spy on their closes closest rival. It stinks the way the press and media suck up to them
