i was howled down early in the season when i dared to suggest that dalglish wasn't up to the job, had spunked stupid money on piss poor players and would bottle it and fuck off back to the golf course by the end of 2012 at the latest. the only alteration to my original assessment is that he may well be fucked off by john henry before he has chance to resign.

I haven't looked at their remaining fixtures, but within a couple of weeks, they could be down to 10th or 11th.
Away they are atrocious and at home not much better!
If they are even contemplating Mourinho, they will have to have the fabled 'warchest' for him, which they evidently don't possess.
Otherwise, I can see a punt on Brendan Rodgers or Paul Lambert at Norwich.
