I think in general it portrays your fanbase as I would expect. Grounded and down to earth and fans who know how to give and take banter. Rawk does not allow consent or disagreement and pulls more threads than an autistic embroiderer !!

in fairness i am an evertonian on a city forum, if i can't take it i shouldn't be on here. and in fairness i think most of it is warranted ;-) i think its a respect thing and if you go on another teams forum you have to be up for stick. most of my posts will be in response to an everton or liverpool thread and am not trying to change people's perceptions but it adds another facet to the debate hopefully. most scousers who slag off manchester and it's teams rarely go there and vice versa. i like manchester as a city and have respect for city as a club and fanbase. would never entertain a united forum as they lack quality and most do not have a scooby what they are talking about.

I think most forums know when someone has signed up to simply wind people up and which ones have signed because they genuinely want to discuss something or have a bit of banter. You're right - if you go on another team's forum expect some stick but you can give stick without being patronising, dismissive and in some cases abusive. If any fan comes on here and they're respectful they should be afforded respect themselves. I think Liverpool have some decent fans (if not completely delusional and self-righteous) but I suspect a lot of those on RAWK have only ever seen Liverpool on a Beatles documentary.

am sure they do and i know a few myself and my brother is one. i now live down south and them and the united fans are by far the worst. they regard watching the game in the pub as being a fan and would not dream of saving up and going the game. they are like rats no matter where you go your no more than 10 feet away from one !

taken from rawk - I had a look over at City forum the other day. Bluemoon has got to the the biggest clusterfuck of a football forum i've seen. Who the hell is behind that catastrophe? A shout to the Sheikh and surely an upgrade could be on the cards?

Certainly contains the dimmest fans in the PL too. The half-witted idiots and level of conversation there is quite something.

Explains the bundle of fans that are constantly hopping over here - even if the majority are just registering for the validation from the clan of the bigger and glossier institution.

In no way is this typical of Liverpool fans. Clearly this person walks alone. I think I speak for all Blues in wishing them the very best and a truly solid season. I will certainly be cheering them on as they storm to a convincing and solid 8th or 9th.

That post is a masterclass in delusion and denial. RAWK is a combination of over zealous moderators and cretinous posters. Every football forum on the internet slags off their rivals forums but the one constant is that RAWK is ridiculed by everyone.
The demise of Liverpool has been a slow and painful one, and long may it continue.

The average age on RAWK would have to show their ID every time they wanted a beer.

Take a look at City's Facebook page, it's awful and a complete embarrassment.
Once I remind myself the majority of the Facebook users on there are below 16 and also contains JCL's from Bosnia then it isn't a true reflection of our fan base as we have one if not The oldest fan base in the Prem.

The same applies with RagCafe.

After meeting many members from Bluemoon I'm certain this place is a more accurate reflection of our fan base in terms of Age/Gender/Locality and so on...
