apparently they are looking at ashley williams replacing daniel agger

and £15M for allen is a joke, can't believe rodgers and the board are stupid enough to go down the same road of signing players from newly promoted and lower table clubs for ridiculous fees based on just 1 season of good form

To be fair to them, having managed him previously I think Rodgers probably knows Joe Allen better than Dalglish knew Carroll.

i think its just lazy signing loads of players from a previous club, if someone is special (like mario) i can see it, but when you see rodgers trying to sign ashley williams you think ffs just have a bit of bottle to go and sign someone you haven't managed.

and allen is not worth 15M, until last year he had never played at the top level, he did ok in a season in which swansea over achieved, and if i was swansea i would be rubbing my hands.

makes you realise that we did so well getting both silva and yaya for under 25M each, i really can't believe it

joe allen is worth £10m at best but you usually get the better end of a deal if you deal with liverpool

However , if he keeps things simple , £15m won't sound like a mistake ,
And gerrard , lucas , allen will make a decent midfield trio

What happened to the Dempsey to liverpool rumors? I thought that was pretty nailed on. Him, Allen and Borini could really give them a platform to compete with spurs. This year, could really be their year.

If Joe Allen is worth 15m what is AJ worth? Easily the same I'd say.

If so 10m + AJ for Agger should suit Liverpool.

we are very quiet about dempsey , fulham asking £10m , we want to include adam in the deal ,and yeah , we will win the league this year
