I don't believe in overreacting to such things in general, but, if I were a Liverpool fan, that kind of tweet would worry me. It's amateur stuff.

Time will tell mate...time will tell.

Oh and some Man City / LFC news

Scouts Andy Sayer (Ger, Holland, Scandinavia) & Kevin Hunt will join #LFC from Man City in October when they've served their notice

Good news, the last scouts we got off you have been class so far. Cheers lads :)

You need them more than us Jimi ;o)

I think scouting is almost pointless these days, everyone goes from club to club even at 14, 15 and 16 and the internet and camera phones etc are so prevalent nowadays that the likelihood of any club pulling an unknown out of the fire and them being successful are almost nil, sure you may get a michu etc but its not like no one knew about him its just those that did thought he wouldnt fit into their system etc and there was just as much chance of michu signing for say southampton and doing sod all, its a cracking way of making a living for doing not very much if you ask me.

It's mutual... they served us well while we were mid table and they should do the same for you guys. We have now taken on people a level above them.

I'm pretty sure our scouts, who have to write 50-page dossiers on their targets right down to eating preferences, sleeping habits, choices of friends amongst squad members and adaptability to new surroundings, fully agree with you that their job just involves putting their feet up all day on YouTube.

Henry wants to SELL Liverpool for £350m... just three years after taking over at Anfield

Doesn't surprise me. Thought they'd waltz back to top 4 and big money, but it's dawning on them how much investment it takes to get to the top 4 and deciding to fold.

Did you see our owners tweet earlier today? Amusing and a sure fire sign Arsenal will never sign him:

John W. Henry ‏@John_W_Henry 13h
What do you think they're smoking over there at Emirates?

Let's hope we remember to delete their log in details from our database this time!

Re: Liverpool FC Up For Sale?

Liverpool owners selling club for £350million

The Fenway Sports Group, which owns Liverpool F.C. of England, has decided to put the club up for sale, reports The Sun.

The company has become disenchanted since paying £300million for Liverpool in 2010.

Despite spending £187million on players, they have not got near the top of the English Premier League.

The US owners plan to receive £350million from the sale of the club.

Liverpool had approached oil giant Saudi Aramco to discuss sponsorship months ago. Aramco is thought instead to have proposed a takeover
