Anyhow, the point is that BM have far more resources than others; BD is usually second although not always; a third time sometimes has more to spend than BD; and generally the rest of the field is far behind.

Seeing as all clubs in Germany are fan owned bar Leipzig (No dividend payments) and going into debt is restricted, no, there absolutely fucking isn't. What you bring in, you can spend.
