The press would be all over the wage bill situation, no matter what positive news City had, yet look at how slow most sources are to report on it so far. I can only see an article from the Sun, which is not really a quotable source.

So, United have the second highest wage bill in Europe, behind only Barca(nobody surprised Real aren't in the top3?) and Liverpool have a higher wage bill than City, yet nobody is talking about any of it. Instead we have people slating City for wages, from all 3 of those clubs.

then that's ok ?? we would have lost the title because somebody won more games than us and its our own fault

but its a long hard season and with swing and roundabouts and have bad runs but anybody thinks other clubs are doing us a favor then clearly they done watch football. united will not be doing manchester city any sort of favors they will want to win the game just like every other week and DON'T try and tell me they will roll over in the derby

i remember city going to blackburn in there title winning season and winning 2.3 and city was great that night it was a live game on skysports and liverpool was singing and dancing united was singing and dancing thinking man city did them a big favor well blackburn won the league END OF STORY

And the next game - against Forest, I believe - we were fucking dogshit!

Typical City!

the stars are aligned. the drugs definitely work here-not sure how many accents he has

What is he talking about?

They have United, Everton, Spurs and Chelsea to play and Liverpool aren't looking as solid in defence or as potent up top recently. So at least 3 of those teams will be a lot more confident of getting something from their games and anything can happen in a derby.

I thought we beat Liverpool 2-1, Easter Monday - remember one Easter beating Blackburn away and then Liverpool at home, Gaudino with a belter of a winner.

Just checked on the Bluemoon results site.

Liverpool was the previous game. After the Blackburn win, we drew 0-0 at home to Newcastle and 1-1 away to Villa, then lost 0-1 at Forest.

Time plays tricks on the memory.

This is where they are and where they have always been.
