If they win 1-0 they’ll have the same head to head, both GD +2,so dippers would go through on goals scored 9 v 7.

Also depends on what happens in Belgrade.
If PSG lose then they could go out if Liverpool score 5+ and only win by 1 goal.
if PSG draw and Liverpool win its' goal difference then goals scored between 3 tied teams - head to head record is irrelevant.
PSG's record against Liverpool and Napoli is 7-7
Liverpool's record is currently 4-5
Napoli's record is currently 4-3
1-0 or greater Napoli (4-4) go out.
2-1 Napoli (5-5) go out
etc till:
5-4 When PSG (7-7) go out to Napoli (8-8) and Liverpool (9-9)
So if you're betting on possible dodgy results Liverpool 5 Napoli 4 is the one for you!
