The self-adulation, which isn't a surprise as we know the mindset of a Liverpool fan, is reaching new heights.

No mention of the 6000 or more Shrewsbury fans that filled 1 end of Anfield to boost the crowd.

And the fact that Anfield wasn't even full. 54,500 capacity. Juts over 50,000.

Yet, behind United, they've got the most fans in the World, in Ireland, across Scandinavia, etc.

LIVERPOOL FANS MOCK MAN CITY’S SUPPORT AFTER FAMOUS WIN OVER SHREWSBURY

I think you have this one wrong. Say what you want about Klopp but he's a smart man and a German. If they are anything it's practical and they learn from mistakes all the time. I have noticed from the Spurs games the difference in how they play, 3 years ago they were gassed after 70 minutes, they literally couldn't run, they would try win the game in the first 15 minutes, now they are more much pragmatic in their approach. Take the champions league final or even their win at our place a few weeks back, they know they will score at some stage and once they go 1 up they play safe, they will take a goal if it comes but not at the risk of giving up an equaliser. It's why they rarely hammer teams, it's a practical approach that allows them conserve energy. Its why the first team didn't play last night, he's thinking more FA Cup games hinders their opportunity to rest and prepare for Champions League games.

So you say I have it wrong then write a post that basically agrees with my comment.

My point stands, and I don't agree that Klopp is 'managing' the workload for the core players.

Like I said, history shows us that Klopp's approach burns the players out so lets see what happens.

I'm saying he has learnt from burning them out and it won't happen again, hence they are all in Magaluf.

Dortmund had regular and longer winter breaks.

That is true but Liverpool don't have their best players cherry picked from every season by their biggest rival like Dortmund did. I assume this Liverpool squad is also a.lot bigger than the one he had in Germany.

I don't watch or pay much attention to German football but I will go back to my original point that he is smart and German. Whatever mistakes he made in Dortmund that led to their collapse won't be made again just like any mistakes he has made at Liverpool won't be made again.

LIVERPOOL FANS MOCK MAN CITY’S SUPPORT AFTER FAMOUS WIN OVER SHREWSBURY

The twitter feed for that Read Liverpool site has 30k+ followers. I can't resist looking at the propaganda sites and just laughing.

This article particularly caught my attention:

west-ham-to-give-lifetime-bans-to-fans-who-attacked-liverpool-team-coach/

An extract from it and you couldn't really make it up:

"West Ham need to take the most severe action possible, in my opinion, ensuring lifetime bans are handed out.
There is simply no excuse for this sort of behaviour, with football supposed to be a game supporters enjoy, and not one where players find themselves in potential danger.
There is no room for such thuggery and hopefully the realisation of never being able to watch your team live again will come as a reality check.
I feel that all clubs must be as ruthless as each other in terms of the punishments dished out, ensuring the issue is eradicated for good."

The biggest hypocrites in world football......

Oh, some west ham fans threw some stuff at the Liverpool team coach and cracked a window...
