I don't really get why anyone gives a fuck about attendances tbh. Most of the people on social media either bragging about their own clubs' attendances, or mocking other clubs' crowds, usually don't even go to games themselves anyway.

Funny you should say that Ric, because after the Fulham game the sports media and social media were awash with pundits and non City fans discussing the low turnout of 39,000.

When City are involved it seems a lot of people do want to talk, sorry, take the piss out of our apparent low attendances.

Another Daily Mail, Liverpool, exclusive.

The Daily Mail must be running out of Liverpool football related headlines and stories?

Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson BAPTISES Manchester United midfielder Fred's wife… meaning he's christened more people than he's conceded goals in 2020!

It must be the Liverpool way now. Didn't Carraagher try to baptise a child from his car last year

Really!?

You mustn't know many Liverpool fans then? Social Media, the oxygen Liverpool fans live off, was full of Liverpool fans harping on about 52,000 against Shrewsbury, and comparing it to City's 39,000 against Fulham. You must live a very reclusive life, Chester? Or you must have a very small circle of Liverpool friends?

So what happened to those Liverpool fans against Bolton in the PL? Where were the missing 10,000?
I do not lead a reclusive life, I live in Kirkdale Liverpool and speak to a lot of fans on a daily basis. Social media is a newish thing and I will admit it attracts a lot of idiots who will go on about stats and who made most forward passes in 2018 with a beard. Sky also has a lot to answer for as it has to fill 24 hours a day with "stuff." I would say I know more Liverpool fans than you do and what I said about winning the league stands. As to the missing fans in Prem v Bolton I will leave you to figure that one out as you are obviously more concerned about them than I am.

It must his looks. ;-)

Social Media isn't a newish thing. It's been around for quite a while now. You can add BBC Sport, Talk Shite, BT Sport, numerous internet sports websites, and a host of tabloids alongside Sky Sports News. All dedicated to filling their daily programmes and news with bullshit and lies. I missed the bit about winning the league. Was it Roy's fault that Liverpool weren't doing well that season, so that's why 10,000's of Liverpool fans couldn't be bothered going to Anfield?
