Fair and balanced post. For me, it’s the pontificating from many Liverpool fans that grates the most. The notion that many of them hold that their club is somehow superior to others - and not just City btw. I would say they were the worst for it, especially on-line. It’s a ridiculous notion, especially given the shameful matters to which you refer. It’s aided and abetted by the club itself, of course, as demonstrated by the pompous and self-important “this means more” bollocks, which is beyond parody.LOL, sorry Jimbo, but I think you are missing the point about what you are reading and where you are posting....
Liverpool and Liverpool fans have alot to be proud of, but there is also alot to be ashamed of and it comes with supporting the team. It also means that many of the comments have to be fully accepted. As has been said, if you dont like them, don't come here.
You just have to have the "thick skin" as has been said before and appreciate that it is all part of the tribalism that is football
All clubs have darkness and light in their past - and I’ll never cease to remind Liverpool fans of the former when they start tediously preaching about the latter.
