I’m a Red and I wholeheartedly agree with this. In no real world is the majority of members on there representative of our fan base. Pathetic little try hards who are desperate to fit in and belong, most of which have never been to Anfield in their lives.
On the flip side, I know a few old school City fans in real life and none of them are remotely like the seeming majority of this place. Moral of the story is that judging an entire fan base based on one internet forum is usually futile. The thing that surprises me about here is the over the top cartoon hatred for us. We’ve never had a rivalry with you lot and never will. You’re a fucking superb football team, no doubt at all, but don’t understand the bile that comes from here on that. Going to be a hell of a tear up for the league this year though.

The league has always been the biggest/best prize on offer. The CL is the most glamorous.

am with you on that matey the title is the bread and butter of any great team and europe is 2nd to the league title, liverpool and united have to glory up everything they win because of the arm chair fan base who believe everything printed or shown on tv

but after the back to back title and winning 4 trophies in a season champions league is the number one target now for city, we now have to prove we are the best by winning it, even if its glamorous or not we must start to be in the finals season after season because we have done everything possible in the game in england that now its starting to feel 2nd best if we don't win it ?? like it or not the club needs the champions league title to finally become a great club in the media and in the press, and then how can they say otherwise when clearly liverpool and united are judge by it

Well, I guess Rawk fans were not those that attacked our players bus but good Liverpool fans that come to Anfield. That's where the hate comes from. There are other reasons of course, but that was the main point.

Was hopeful that Chelsea might've nicked a point today, and to be fair they probably deserved to after their second half performance. Credit to Liverpool though. They're on an incredible run at the moment, and we can't afford many more slip-ups if we're going to keep pace with them. It's going to be extremely close between us again this season.
