I find it interesting that you think that Liverpool fans on here are trolling, when if you read the posts, rather than simply picking individual words or phrases from a reasoned argument, you might notice that most of us (not all) are actually making reasonable comments.

We're not arguing that Liverpool haven't done anything wrong, and in many cases feel that the punishment was light (eg hacking), but its not the Liverpool fans here who say the league is already won -just Manchester City fans claiming that we say this in order to justify their own irrational hatred.

If you want a forum that only caters for a single viewpoint that fits your way of thinking - that Liverpool and all its fans are scum, thieves, dippers etc, that Klopp is a vile, fake, useless manager, that the only reason Liverpool are doing well is money, bribery, cheating, luck etc, then why not just rename this thread to 'We hate Liverpool', at least then there would be no pretence of being willing to see differing viewpoints.

I've just had a look at net spend over the last 5 seasons, and it is interesting that our net spend is only higher than Watford, Sheffield United, Norwich City and Southampton. Our gross spend is 7th highest, and almost half of Manchester City's spend, which is the highest in the league by around £200m, with Manchester United, 2nd. Our net spend per season is around £18.5m, whereas City's net spend per season is £101.1m.

Southampton and Norwich are actually making a profit on transfers in and out, which is also interesting.

How are we deluded exactly? We’ve just come off the back of a 97 point season and back to back European Cup finals. Three European finals in a row to be precise. You don’t achieve the things both our clubs have if you’re deluded. Why not accept that both are great teams and look forward to another good season? We’re not going anywhere and I strongly doubt that you won’t either. If either team didn’t exist at present, the PL would be an embarrassingly bad one horse race. We keep you honest and vice versa. I guarantee there’ll be no more than four points between us both at the end. Said it earlier, going to be a proper scrap for it.

Long way to go yet but they are getting giddy because they have a 5pt lead already.

That said i was speaking to a liverpool fan today at the rugby, he thinks that if klopp doesnt win it this season it wont happen at all and he could be off to possibly take over the german national team

Liverpool are a good team and this is their best side since the 80’s and their last title win, for them not to win a league title would cause a monumental mental health breakout on merseyside
