They looked fairly average today and were lucky to get the win, but it's an incredible run they're on whichever way you look at it. We're going to have put in an almighty effort to beat them to the title again this season.

Winning the Premier League takes a lot of effort. Little has changed and this is to be expected. Their goal was yet another keeper`s gift. It did not arise from constant pressure and piling in shots. It was just another soft mistake. A gift. Wins though breed confidence and their current very good run can not be denied. None of this is new to City. The team has risen to so many challenges and this season is unlikely to be different. The intensity of last season`s battle has not abated. Bring it on. Lets take the heat. These are glorious times to relish watching City. Almighty endeavour is what City have thrived on.

That's a frankly insane way of looking at it. RBS didn't own the club, so it made no difference to them who it was sold to. The only thing that matters was that they are repaid in full - which happened. If the club was sold for a higher value, RBS wouldn't have made a penny extra.

The loan from RBS wasn't made in order to keep them going or because Liverpool were going bankrupt at the time of the original loan, it was made as commercial loan to the owners before they ran into trouble. RBS made a huge number of commercial loans, many of them defaulted which caused their own problems, but the loan to Liverpool wasn't made at the time RBS were in trouble, and was still a publicly listed company - the first loan being in 2007.

Accusations of insider dealings by the board also make no sense. Hicks/Gillette were forced to give full authority to the board members in order to complete their previous refinancing, which was made in order to avoid a default at the time. These board members then acted against HG when they forced the sale in order to prevent RBS taking the club into bankruptcy . HG have already tried going to court over this and comprehensively lost.

The role of the board was to act in the best interests of the club - not the shareholders (contrary to normal policy). There were no expressions of interest in buying the club that were deemed to be better than Fenway, and only HG have claimed otherwise, without providing any evidence.
None of what you wrote above is true, and the link given previously fully explains why, so won’t be putting the same again, as you are clearly just another insane liverpool supporter.

And as for it wasn’t up to RBS to make as much money back as possible is totally and completely against all the whole purpose of banks. RBs were the main creditor and could/should of took ownership and sold liverpool for as much as possible, they could have done so, but chose not to, again going against their own best interests.

If your house is taken under default, the bank will sell to the highest bidder, it wasn’t H&G who were only saying there were better bids (they were clearly trying to rip off all in there claim to get their money back), there was other bids which offered more money and more spending power for liverpool, but the board members you seem to have placed your trust had clearly stitched the sale up for Fenway, this was clearly done for no financial benefit to themselves, lmao.

Go post your nonsense and complete retelling of what actually happened to your fellow cult members.

Liverpool were completely and utterly broke and were bailed out and sold to the lowest bidder and all and sundry on their board and owners were collectively stitching each other up for as much personal money as they could, but yeah it was all financially sound.

Can't remember a game we've won by a lucky goal in a long time, Liverpool seem to be masters at it. Their luck seems endless. Bastards!
Any games we get a lucky goal (Mahrez off Cleverly last week for example) we are already a couple of goals ahead and it comes from massive pressure applied to the opposition.

Closest would have to be Watford home last season with the bizarre offside thing, but Liverpool get one every other week.
