A dipper tried to tell me that Liverpool are the best team in Europe. When I pointed out that this is nonsense as they're not even the best team in England he said that City aren't the best team in England because they lost 4 games over the season to the likes of Palace and Leicester while Liverpool lost only one. When I pointed out that City were back to back PL champions, finishing ahead of Liverpool, and that to win the domestic treble City played 50 games of which they lost 4 while Liverpool won the CL by playing 13 games of which they lost 4, he told me I was deluded and walked away.

It's a bit rich being called deluded by a dipper .

They love that one. Heard that plenty of times. They are better than us because they are Champions of Europe which is a bigger accolade. They want the league and like to think we want the CL.

Our manager does. Our owners would. But as fans we prefer the league. Personally I want us to go for CL above all else next season but it is so much about luck. League balances out luck and best team wins. CL we have been on the wrong side of things two years in a row. Cannot help that. If we win nowt but CL next season our overall achievements and records will cement our team as one of the greatest ever. We are already up there but that will always be used against us.

3 league titles in a row would be better than that and equal the record. Then give Pep and the boys the platform to break another record and get an unprecedented 4 in a row that’s what I want fuck the champions league, how we’ve gone out of the competition due to some suspect reffing and what UEFA are up to now tells you all about that competition.

We took 4 points of them were competitive in 4 competitions won 3 of them , the first team to win the domestic treble. They were competitive in 2 competitions, threw 2 competitions and won 1 competition. How the hell can they say winning a knock out cup is better than winning your league, still the press keep saying it and those daft twats keep believing when we all know what City achieved was so superior to them.

It's funny because we lost 4 times in the league they do think they were better , but point out we only lost once in the champions league and they lost 4 times and how can a team that lost 4 times be the best in Europe when we only lost once so we are the best team in Europe lol

Doesnt matter how many times you lose it's about finishing first !!

Three straight PL titles would be amazing but watching David Silva hold up the CL trophy in his last game for City would be just incredible. Both would be great....maybe we should just forget the cups this season...haha!!.

Pointless trying to talk sense to a Dipper , their Champs league victory has gone to their heads , which is understandable they have won f*ck all for nearly FIFTEEN years , they are bound to be a bit giddy . Pep was asked his priority for next season and he has already said it is another domestic title , a league title is by far the most difficult to win over 38 games you have to be top of the table at the end , in a cup competition especially over two legs you can ride your luck play very poorly as the Dippers often did in this years Glamour Cup and still win the thing , but even with opposition keepers throwing the ball in their own net , dodgy offside goals and penalties and injury time winners , they still couldnt win their holy grail , a league title.
The best team wins the title every season and the Dippers were not the best team , they were a close second , but first is first and second is nowhere and no matter how great the weirdo scousers think their football team is , it will say Manchester City Premier League Winners 2019 in the football records , we are not a lucky cup side , we are the best side in England.
