I love your optimism that the scousers can handle anything with dignity.What a position to be in, if it's given to them we will laugh at them forever for accepting it and if it's a null and void we will laugh even more.
Think I'd take the null and void option if it was us, at least you manage to keep your dignity.

I see the BBC has been sanitised to make voiding seem out of the question. Today's latest article entitled 'premier league club chairman' (wants the dipper to get the title) initially reads like it's the chairman of the premier league. It's actually just an aside comment from the chairman of Brighton. They are trying to make out the loss of revenue across the entire football league of £50m is an issue, but in reality it's the lack of return to sky and bt that's driving calls to continue.

Not sure how I would have felt if this had been us and United back in 2012 mind.........
