mate, everyone's x-rayed you....you've come on here with this bleating, chipped-up dickhead post because you - like all City fans - know that beneath the nouveau riches and worthless tin-pots you're still the joke of a club who were relegated in 1996 (after hilariously keeping the ball at 2-2 in your final game against Liverpool at Maine Rd because Alan Ball had told the players a draw would do
;D
)...still the joke of a club who spent 2 seasons in the second tier before dropping into the third tier Nationwide League Two and losing to York City at Bootham Crescent...still the joke of a club who were knocked out of the Auto Windscreens Shield by Mansfield Town in front of 3,000 fans at Maine Road in 1998, the night before Man Utd played Bayern Munich in the Champions League......still the joke of a club who know that whatever they do they'll always be in the shadow of their red neighbours, let alone earning the worldwide respect and admiration enjoyed by the Red juggernaut up the East Lancs. Now get back in your fuckin box and just accept that all you'll ever be is a Coronation Street Chelsea after Stan Ogden has had a win on the pools.

He's a great manager, he was before he went to Liverpool and him taking over a club we all hate and winning there hasn't changed that.

When the dust has settled, people will look back at Klopp beating this Guardiola side to a title as an absolutely incredible achievement. There's a good chance it's the only thing that stops us from winning 6 in a row, or more.

Beating Heynkes' Bayern Munich to 2 titles as well is an incredible achievement.

One of the things I do hate about this place is the complete refusal to give any credit to anyone else.
I hate the mass generalisation and the refusal to read posts accurately. Klopp the manager does get some credit,
Klopp the man - understandably less so.

But football is about the present and his stategegy of flogging exhausted players, not competing in domesric cups, not having adequate back ups and playing a route one style that is getting found out, are areas of valid criticism.

Mourinho has had his successes in the past too - but is a washed out has been now. Can he be criticised for his managerial style or should we simply marvel at his past.

And rags say that winning *only* domestic trophies is not enough to be considered great, that Pep has been a failure because he hasn't even reached CL semis, something that even Pellers did.

That's absolute petty bollocks on rags' part. Klopp"s Liverpool won 196 pts over 2 seasons, Ferguson and Wenger and even Mourinho were never close to such numbers. Let's not be petty. Leave that privilege to rags and scousers. To denigrate Klopp as a manager is to denigrate Pep's/our success.
There’s no doubt that Klippety is a very good manager. The fact that he dragged Littlewoods from mid-table obscurity to winners of the Champions League and Premier League in consecutive seasons is testimony to that.

However, his legacy will be tarnished in many people's eyes because of his reluctance to try to compete on all fronts, as Pep, and others, have done.

Yes , the bald fraud has played weakened teams at times, but he always tries to ensure that his side is strong enough to win the tie.

Haha love football forums you change Man City to Liverpool in that who were a tin pot club majority of there history

He won't be up for it
You could be right but I think he motivates Pep and vice versa.
Mourinho and Ole are not in the picture.
I believe that Klopp was a major reason for Pep staying
They are like a Ronaldo/Messi or Nadal/Federer.
One keeps the other going.
Unless its international management or a top Spanish team there is not much more left for Klopp to do ( or for pep either)
If he is thinking of ending his time at Liverpool it may be for a long sabbatical.
