Lol, not saying it's had anything to do with their injuries but with all the money they've spent on their new training ground surely they could have gotten something a little more hi-tech and easier on the joints than a pegboard to train shoulders and arms? Footballers put a lot of strain on their knees and ankles anyway without potentially dropping off the top of that thing a couple of times weekly.
It's to train the Dipper fans to jib into away grounds without paying

Do we know yet if Liverpool fc have approached City to borrow the PL trophy for the day so they can have the parade that they promised their supporters once lockdown has ended?

Can't imagine what they use those crash mats for.

Yeah it’s shit, proper waste of money. They’ve gone for balance by having a load of over the top praise from each journalist who only represent one club each, instead of having actual balance by journalists just being balanced across the board.
Well they haven't mostly. It's fair enough that they offer in-depth coverage of each club but Jack Pitt-Brooke, a City fan, covers Spurs. Sam Lee, a United fan, covers us.

So there's objective coverage but then they have Pearce, who's only worked for the Liverpool Echo, straight out of university in Liverpool, covering his own club, along with that idiot woman they recently employed. Simon Hughes isn't too bad mind you. But there's a complete contrast between the sycophantic coverage of Liverpool and the seemingly more objective coverage of other clubs.

Let's just say that the Athletic know their audience and despite the cliché about Liverpool fans being "the most knowledgeable in football" we know that they hate anything that's remotely critical of their club, however objective it may be. I know all fans do to some degree but there's no doubt they're far worst than most others.

Have to learn to take a fall somehow...
