Pep is a fantastic manager,but I am beginning to wonder whether he could/should have done even better.Is he getting the very best out of the players at his disposal?

Its the lack of faith in the youth setup that seems to be the major challenge for him, maybe its a nationalistic thing but sometimes it seems like he has this believe that the Spanish kids like Garcia and Ferran are better than the local lads and that kinds of makes him blind to the development of the boys at the EDS level.

I can maybe agree about Garcia, but Ferran had nearly 100 games for Valencia when we bought him. He was young, but then so were Sane and Jesus.

I think above all, Pep is risk averse.

He seemed to disappear a lot in games for us which is why he wasn't a regular.

Saturday was disappointing but again it was the defence and Keeper that cost us not the lack of a forward.
