How do Liverpool sit regarding their quotas for homegrown players with Milner, Henderson and Oxlade-Chamberlain all towards the end of playing at the top level?

They have recently been signing overseas players but will face stiff competition to sign home grown players, placing more emphasis on youth development coming through the ranks.

PL and UEFA rules are that in teams squad of 25 players, 8 must be "home grown", "locally trained".

Liverpool are peak, I can't see how they can improve. We will. The question marks are -

VVD is 31 next and Konate and Matip are not at his level
Milner and Henderson are no longer top level
The owners FSG don't pay top dollar and that means Mo and Mane will not get the significant pay rise they want and feel they deserve.
