They really don't give a shit about what they did in 1985, do they!

Is it fucking small enough? Where are the names of those killed?

Their Hillsborough memorial is much larger and has every name of those who died listed.

At least they’ve got a memorial for it, I suppose. Because every other aspect of LFC utterly ignores that tragedy.

They don’t hold a minute’s silence for it every season like they do Hillsborough, they even had their fucking trophy parade on the anniversary of Heysel last year… how fucking distasteful can you get? Imagine their reaction if South Yorkshire Police held a big function for something on 15th April!

I don’t know why that club haven’t been made to start every first home game of every season with a minute’s silence for those they killed at Heysel. Never understood why they don’t do that.

Can someone explain something to me? I read this today:

"The first inquest verdict of accidental death, against which bereaved families campaigned for more than 20 years, was quashed in December 2012. In 2016 a new inquest jury found that the 97 victims of the crush on Hillsborough’s Leppings Lane terrace had been unlawfully killed due to gross negligence manslaughter by the South Yorkshire police officer in command, Ch Supt David Duckenfield, and that there was no misbehaviour by Liverpool supporters that contributed to the disaster. However no police officer has been disciplined or convicted of any offence relating to the disaster or the years of false evidence; Duckenfield was charged with gross negligence manslaughter and acquitted in 2019."

So how can they be certain that "....there was no misbehaviour by Liverpool supporters"? I seem to recall that there were supporters climbing over walls to get in, did they check all supporters in the ground were there with a valid ticket? I know the Police made mistakes, but to say all Liverpool fans were blameless seems a bit odd to me.

It just seems the authorities want to assign the blame to anyone but the Liverpool fans as some way of compensating them/their families for their loss. Or am I out of order to think that?

So where's the retrospective ban then? If they're admitting it should have been a red, ban him. that's what would have happened pre var, absolutely no reason not to apply it here where they've admitted a var error other than its Liverpool.
Except he's shit so it really doesnt matter

Bit like the offside at old scaffold. Too fucking late.what is the point of pigmol coming out later and saying , oh by the way we got it wrong, sorry about that. Makes it even worse.
It does, but in fairness everyone gets fucked at old toilet - Arsenal got stitched up after a perfectly good goal by Martinelli so it has kinda evened out between the two title chasers. Of course, the scum are the univeral benefactors and get elevated from mid-table non-entities into CL material. The clincher is even the scousers got fucked at the toilet.
