The elephant in the room is they sold Mane, who would get them goals when they were up against it.

Instead, they wrongly gave £400k a week to Salah, rather than cash in on him at the final opportunity to do so.

They ignored Mane's contractual situation for too long.

Fabinho is also nowhere near the player he was hyped up to be, and also ignored Wijnaldum and saw him walk.

Milner, Henderson, Thiago?

They are over the hill.

They can't afford Bellingham and other players.

They probably knew that Mane was going and that he wanted to go, if they would have given the fanbase a whiff of the fact he wanted off there would have been threats and secret meetings near his house.

They near enough put a blanket over his head and whisked him out of the back door ;)

Klopp 5 years of high tempo and the high press is taking its toll with the ageing squad, also selling Mane kills them because he was the main control in all the high pressing

so it's to the tune of Bob Marley.. NO mane YOU cry

You know when someone scores and they put a stat up saying its their X goal of the season...is it normally league goals or all comps?
As last night they put up it was salahs 11th of the season In all comps. Swear it has always been just league goals. (In which case 4th doesn't look as good as 11th!)

Yeah I noticed that as my first thought was how has he scored 11 in the league.

Sky sports, polishing the dog turd yet again.

Standard.

If this was a pro cyclist or athlete who's form dropped so much their sports journalist would be looking into this. Our press/media nothing.
Abit like Leicesters win the season before and after their running stats were way of the season they won.
My renal specialist is increasing my dosage of EPO by 25% to give me more energy. Next stop the Tour de France.

Just been to Angelsey for a week. Nearly everyone there is a dipper. Was sat waiting for the Mrs outside a shop when 5 kids came round the corner all in full dipper kit. Oldest will have been about 9. Next thing 2 sets of parents come round the corner & both the male adults werein full kits as well. One of them saw me sat with a City sweatshirt on and said to the kids to keep away from the nasty man. Just shook my head in despair
Half term eh?
Hope you laughed too ;-)

The sooner they drop even more points the better.
Although they are well behind in the table, they are the only team bar ourselves who go on long winning runs.

I agree. They probably would have been better keeping both Mane and Salah. Instead of buying Nunez, they could then have bought a decent quality midfield player. Moving Mane on has definitely affected their style of play.

Not sure when they were last 13 points behind without games in hand. It feels like every time we've been 10+ points ahead of them they have games in hand - this is a new one on me. Well, lately that is.
