It's as though the enquiry didn't look at the live football TV feed (as they said the CCTV feeds were deleted...) and go... 'hang on that's a bit odd, the RM end is full with all seats regimentally occupied with the gangways all clear... and the Liverpool end is rammed to well past capacity with the gangways completely full as well, and there's still LFC fans outside'.

We all saw it, it's documented.
There is no other explanation other than
1. Fake paper tickets (insisted upon by Liverpool FC) to get in before the real tickets (causing the issues at the turnstiles/checking/crush/teargas).
