Social media has lots of content about Klopp meeting Sean Cox at Anfield yesterday. He was attacked by Roma fans in Liverpool before the Champions League tie against Roma in 2018 and was left severely injured having to go through lengthy rehab and learn to walk again.

The actions of the Roma fans that attacked him were undoubtedly influenced by the attack on City's team coach in the previous round which was facilitated by Liverpool FC and Merseyside Police.

No bus attack = no injury to Sean Cox

Liverpool's pet media are trumpeting Klopp and the clubs concern for fans but the truth is that they fail to take responsibility for controlling their supporters and actually encourage reckless behaviour. Ashamed of nothing.
I have said that many times over here in Ireland and it's blasphemy and treason rolled into one.

Too bad they’ve never unexpectedly dropped points from a strong position in the final stretch of a season and lost out on the title.

Otherwise we might have more confidence they could let it slip.

It's amazing how every fuckin dipper on site today couldn't wait to come and talk to me this morning. A few weeks back when the scum beat them I couldn't find one of the gobshites until after dinner. Last season when we hammered the fuckers, not one of them turned in. Fuckin weirdos.

When you thibk about it even if Liverpool do win their second title in 35 years all is not lost because come August when all the klopp going bollox is done we have a new season and all is forgotten only this time they don’t have klopp and also I would imagine some of their senior players inc salah will move on whereas we will still have pep and we will still be signing top players . So city fans it’s not that he end of the world .
Yeah but it'll be the greatest ever which will wind rags up more than intended target

The ones who have talked to me so far seem to be looking for reassurance. They get a bit gobby but are really looking for me to offer some crumbs of comfort like we are not the team from last season , Haaland out of form etc. Keep saying we might need them to slip up and us to go on a great run but history says that's more likely to happen than not so enjoy it while you can. They go quite and sod off. Just said when/if the collapse comes we will be there waiting like we were before.

I just tell em to fuck off.

Just reading a book called "All Together Now", which is the story of AFC Wimbledon. They were drawn at home to Liverpool in the FA Cup in 2013/14 and the author (Erik Samuelson, who was CEO) complains that he found it difficult dealing with the police for this game. Why was that?

To quote: "They were adamant that Liverpool fans would try to get in by any means necessary; climb walls, forge tickets, sneak into the ground a day or so before and hide."

Jibbers is as jibbers does..

I first witnessed that lot doing this at Maine Road in August 1962, when we drew the first home game of that dreadful relegation season against The Anfield Road Formation Brick Throwers' Society.

A load of Scouse scallies jumped through the turnstiles at the Scoreboard End. Then when I'd met up with the Old Man on the other side of the turnstiles, a huge mob ran around the area behind the terrace causing mayhem and also flattening one of the programme sellers there, making off with the copies sent flying when the poor bloke was beaten up. Then after the game, no doubt they got on another train back home and had fun wrecking that (..NB for any younger viewers, just Google the history of football train wrecking in the late 50s/early 60s and you'll see the litany of devastation especially caused by Liverpool and Everton fans at the time)

Sixty years on they're still at it, as the Paris CL final proved, even allowing for the failings of the police and authorities that night. When I saw the pictures as the match was delayed, with every aisle in their half of the stadium filled with standing supporters, I said to my friends with me 'They've been doing it for decades' and 'I bet there's a lot of genuine fans with real tickets still outside, unable to get in'.

If will but come August we go again and it’s in the realms of history . If Liverpool had a choice of either winning this title or klopp staying for 2-3seasons what would they choose .
