Rivalries aside, Klopp’s a top class manager and the league will be worse off without him.

I remember when Barca and Madrid dominated football for a long period of time. Us and Liverpool replaced them at the pinnacle and I don’t think either side received the credit they deserve for it.

The fact they were a draw against us and loss against Madrid away from an invincible quadruple season is insane.

That said, whilst Klopp is a top class coach and Liverpool have been outstanding under him, we’ve simply been better.
