Losing happens, sure. Big teams underperform, sure. Shit, Chelsea look pretty lethargic, ok.

But a team with supposed ambition simply can't keep getting thrashed and dominated. Losing is one thing, but how you lose matters too.

To be fair, so did Bilic - he said West Ham had "parked the bus but with the handbrake off". Which sounds to me like a fairly standard counter-attacking set up.
